In Burkina Faso: Monastery of Maria Nellé

1965: departure of a sister from Gouarec, later followed by other sisters from different communities; community attached to the Generalate.

1987: construction of Maria Nellé, 4 km from Banfora.

1991-1995: closed.

1995: subsidiary of the GOUAREC Community.

From 2023: community attached to the Generalate.

In the diocese, Maria Nellé is recognised as a place for seeking God and spiritual renewal.
